The SUPAPRICE LOYALTY REWARD PROGRAM is a no gimmicks program to genuinely reward you for your loyalty. In brief, by participating in the program you benefit as follows:

1) YOU EARN CASH FOR EACH PAYMENT MADE FOR YOUR ORDER/S
2) YOU CAN USE THE CASH EARNED TO TOP UP YOUR FUTURE ORDER/S
3) THE MORE YOU SPEND, THE MORE YOU EARN - NO LIMIT! NO GIMMICKS!

The program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Below is a table which outlines the different levels, their spend range and the amount you earn per order/payment as a percentage.

Please note, the spend amounts below are PER YEAR i.e what you spend in the year of 2024.

KEY DEFINITIONS:
Below are the key terms that you need to be aware of. They will be displayed on your receipts as well as your loyalty statement, which you can see once logged into your online account ( CLICK HERE TO LOGIN TO ACCOUNT ). Please note their meaning for reference.
- Loyalty Credit Earned: This is the money you earn on each payment you make.
- Loyalty credit available to spend: This is money released INTO your loyalty account and is available for you to spend (top up other orders) once the PRODUCT has been DELIVERED, FULLY PAID and COLLECTED.
- Loyalty Credit Spent: This is money you have spent from your loyalty credit available.

1) All customers are automatically enrolled. If you don't want to join, please contact us and we will unsubscribe you from the program.
2) Loyalty cash is earned on all payments made.
3) Loyalty cash can be used as top up for any orders.
4) Loyalty cash can not be taken out as cash.

NOTE:
1) Loyalty cash is NOT earned on payments made and items returned or cancelled.
2) Loyalty cash is NOT earned on payments made using loyalty credit to top up an order.
3) Loyalty level applies to the current year i.e 2024 - all customer loyalty levels are reset at the start of the year to LEVEL 1 i.e Bronze.
4) Loyalty cash is NOT earned on LATE PAYMENTS. Late payments are defined as payments made 7 days AFTER you have been notified that your items are ready for collection. To be open about it, we apply this rule because it costs us more in terms of finance the longer you take to pay. So we give a period of 7 days to give you enough time to fully pay and collect your items.
